1. Driver Requirements
The driver must be 21+ years old.
The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
Only persons stated in the contract are allowed to drive the vehicle.
Subleasing (renting out) the vehicle to a third party is strictly forbidden.
2. Forbidden Use of the Vehicle
Transporting heavy equipment or excessive luggage beyond what is agreed in the contract is prohibited.
Participation in races, speed tests, or any type of competition is prohibited.
Transporting flammable materials, explosives, or illegal substances is prohibited.
Any unlawful or degrading activity with the vehicle is prohibited.
Driving on beaches, salt lakes, or off-road areas is strictly prohibited.
3. Vehicle Usage and Management
Taking the vehicle off the local islands without prior written permission from the rental company is prohibited.
Parking the vehicle in prohibited areas is forbidden. Any fines imposed by the authorities will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
The renter is obligated to protect the vehicle throughout the rental period.
4. Responsibilities and Additional Charges
In case of an accident, the renter must prove that all necessary protection measures for the vehicle were taken.
The rental company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of the renter or passengers.
Any damage to the vehicle or breach of contract terms will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
Fuel: Fuel consumption is the responsibility of the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
The use of the wrong type of fuel is the sole responsibility of the renter.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancel within more than 48 hours prior to the rental and get a full refund (100%)
If case of non-show or cancel in less than 48 hours before the rental, there is NO refund.
